Did you order from us but didn't like the product or received a damaged item? No problem!

We facilitate returns
Please email us with your order number and email to process your return and exchange online.
Our return policy
Unworn items can be returned within 14 days. Once we receive your return, we will send you an email confirming receipt of the return. After checking the return, we will issue a refund (minus NIS 50 for return shipping and handling fees) or you can come to our store and make a free refund according to the payment method you chose. Processing and refund can take up to 7 days. For more information, see our cancellation policy for more information.

What you can't get back
Please ensure that all returned items are in their original condition and are sent back to us in the original packaging, including the label. Of course it is fine to try on an item as you would in a store, but please do not wear items you are returning.

 

Items that have been significantly worn or washed are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
